How to Restore my Vault New Wallet

Vault Wallet Create New Wallet (12/24 Phrase) Recovery;

The below recovery is for customers who selected "Create New Wallet" during the registration process. If you clicked on "Create Local Account" you should refer to the above recovery section in order to recover your account.

Customers should start by launching the Vault Wallet Application and selecting the bottom text "I already have an account" which will take you straight to the login page.

You can only restore your wallet if you have your 12 or 24-word secret recovery phrase which you will be supplied with when registering your wallet unless you decided not to back up your wallet, in this scenario you will be unable to restore your wallet. You will also be unable to restore your wallet if you have lost the 12 or 24-word secret recovery phrase, therefore we encourage all users to back up their account and write down their 12 or 24-word secret recovery phrase on paper and store it somewhere safely.

To restore your wallet, you can enter the app and go to “Restore Wallet”. From here you will be able to enter your 12 or 24-word secret recovery phrase once you have entered the 12 or 24 words in the correct order you will be able to restore your wallet and once again have access to your funds.
If you have not yet written down your 12 or 24-word secret recovery phrase yet we recommend you go to your wallet settings and write down the recovery phrase and store it somewhere safely. If you have set a password or passcode for your wallet you will have to enter it to reveal the 12 or 24-word secret recovery phrase.
